@cjd I hear it's an increasing trend to have an HOA that isn't even in the same state as the neighborhood they represent. Corporate charters, boards, private shareholders, contracted inspections, that kind of thing.

Also it would be neat to build a little React app where you can enter an internet identifier, and it pulls all these URLs to give information about what it all supports.
