I like to go to the gym.
I don't do it for anybody besides myself and not to be or feel more masculine. The reason I enjoy it so much is the sense of progression and constant, small improvement it gives me and it's a great way to clear the head after a full day of working.
Any other effects are very welcome, but they are not per se the reason I go to the gym.
