Nearly 12 year account on reddit here. Haven't deleted it yet, but I've stopped browsing reddit for a month now and replaced it with Lemmy/kbin/Mastodon. Don't see myself ever going back.

So find a Lemmy server that has similar views as you and will either ban or defederate from servers that have a lot of users like you describe. If you can't find one, then spin up your own. You are the master of your own destiny here.
