If you're out and about, I recommend light clothes, something to keep some sun off (EX: a hat or an umbrella or parasol), and a folding fan (even if the air is hot, the breeze is still somewhat nice)
So fun fact about that: land insects actually trigger the same allergies as shellfish due to the fact that they're closely related
Some of them also apparently function similarly in the kitchen, since some people who've had tarantula said that it's a lot like softshell crab
Since Lemmy and KBIN don't have an equivalent to rewards, I doubt there'd be an equivalent to “Thanks for the gold kind stranger!” unless someone makes a Fediverse equivalent to the Old Reddit Silver bot
