Is this how most people type on mobile these days, drawing lines all over a keyboard instead of tapping the individual keys? I've never had an iPhone so I don't even know if they can do this natively, but I know you can switch keyboards at least, so it should still be an option if not.
I have a Z Fold as my phone, so I tend to switch between tapping and swiping depending on if its open or closed. I can only really swipe on the smaller screen, and have to tap on the big one. It made me wonder what others do, because before this I can't remember the last time I tapped for anything other than correcting spelling of tougher words to swipe.
"When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade. Make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what the hell am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager! Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons! Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons! I'm gonna get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"

I have both a Mastadon and Lemmy account (actually two) as well as a kbin account so I’m fine with having several. It’s interesting to see the interconnectivity of the two platforms. I’d love to see more of this.
“Standards for the exact length of an inch have varied in the past, but since the adoption of the international yard during the 1950s and 1960s the inch has been based on the metric system and defined as exactly 25.4 mm.”
Server performance is not very good with so many mods, and I have been looking into ways to fix this. One of the latest comments on the ATM8 page on CurseForge is from XZot1K, and says the following:...
Interesting, I'll have to give this a shot! I started up an ATM 8 server at home running on the same computer I use for my Jellyfin server and it was running kinda rough with the "can't keep up!" error every few seconds, even with no one on. Not the greatest server computer in the world, it's a mini PC I got for pretty cheap on ebay with an Intel i7-7700T, 8GB of RAM, and a 1TB HDD.
I went out yesterday and bought 32GB of RAM to throw at it with all the sales going on, and that seems to have really helped. I allocated 10GB to it now, up from the default max of 6. When I logged in, I wasn't getting that error in the console anymore, blocks were dropping as soon as I broke them, and I didn't experience any rubber-banding.
Granted, it was just me online at the time and I wasn't generating any new chunks, so I'll do some actual testing soon and try out those mods you mentioned also.
Forge and NeoForge probably won't be a problem since they're designing it to be fully compatible with old Forge and also pulled most developers away from old Forge in the process. Never heard of Quilt before though and can't find too much info on it, are there any big mods for it?
For mod compatibility reasons (and Nostalgia), I still prefer Forge to Fabric. This sounds like a good thing, I'm glad they're taking back the project!
Do you use the swipe to type feature on your phone?
