I'm really hopeful for the game, as someone who put about 150 hours into No Man's Sky. Mashing that with Skyrim sounds great. I may be biased, and I may be checking the wrong places, but it seems like there's a lot of people out there who are pretty positive about the game.
At the very least, I absolutely cannot wait to listen to the soundtrack for the game. Bethesda games generally have excellent music, and the main theme alone for Starfield has me super excited.
I so desperately want to love this game, but I'm apprehensive about another story set around the era of the movies. At this point, I'm dying for something new, or a return to the old republic era.
We'll see, I'm happy to be proven wrong on this one, I'll certainly keep an eye on future updates. But it feels like something is missing right now.
I'm not sure how much of a change to expect. The game certainly seems demanding, and in today's world, an SSD feels like it's becoming more of a requirement. Will be interesting to see if anything does change.
The real shocker for me was realizing that my 1070 is probably due for an upgrade... Been holding out hope for a good deal, but it's been a rough few years for trying to upgrade.

These requirements look like a rough draft, and they might not be entirely indicative of the actual system requirements to play the game.
