@yujiri Unfortunately, prior to I believe MW2 this is just how these games worked. Enemies infinitely spawn until the player reaches certain triggers that stop the spawns, so if the game doesn't let you through to touch those triggers, you're not getting through the game. It's like 90% luck, whereas more modern CoDs generally allow a more tactical playstyle on Veteran.

    Runel0rd, to Halo

Not seeing anything Halo related at the Xbox Showcase was extremely frustrating to me. I love this game. I have been a die hard supporter of the game ever since I booted Combat Evolved up on my old gateway desktop computer. It makes me feel sad that such an incredible series and IP is being deserted by the company that was carried so hard by it's success.

I feel as Halo Infinite is a dead game at this point. They are only trying to fulfill on promises that they broke long ago and it will be a surprise to me if they can even come through with the current roadmap laid out.

However despite my criticism I think the game can be saved and if they did make some changes it would be a wonderful game with plenty of reasons to draw players in and keep them.

Here is what I would like to see happen to Halo Infinite:

-More maps, especially BTB with a heavy focus on vehicular warfare, with more wide open battlefields.

-More vehicles or perhaps a vehicle oriented ability like a vehicle armor shield or something.

-Legacy weapons added to the game such as the spiker, brute shot, fuel rod, spartan laser, etc

-Overhauled UI or at least an attempt to clean it up slightly

    -Desync issues addressed and fixed

-Increased customization of Spartans, playable elites, cross core

That is just to name a few. If you guys have any other things that you think could save Infinite please feel free to share them here.

    gk99,

@Runel0rd I feel the best move at this point is letting Infinite "die," and relaunching it as a "new" game with a new subtitle to get people to give it a chance again once the game gets to the point where everything people wanted at launch is actually there. They sent out a survey asking if people were finished playing Halo Infinite multiplayer, that's not something I imagine a game with a healthy and strong playerbase would do. New additional campaign, bring all the cosmetics and maps forward just like Counter-Strike 2, which the announcement of alone managed to break CSGO player records.
