@rolle I use a browswer window. I say someone call browsers "the everything app," and apps "a website wrapped in DRM," and I kind of loath apps, now.

@rolle Oh, fuckin' eh! I take it from the screen shot that the idea is to mimic the layout of Twitter, which not a terrible idea. It's a pretty damn functional UI. I do not love that vanilla Mastodon has the composition window small and way over to one side. I'd rather it were big and in the middle.

@orionkidder Indeed. I would also prefer a bigger center compose form or even a in modal behind the button as I do not need it all the time. But the styling alone does not allow this. I have a suggestion about this to core, see: https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/issues/27102

No. It's a whole different user interface for Mastodon.
