Valve really did consumers dirty with the Steam Deck verification badges.
They are slanted in Valves favor. If the game has a high price it's more likely to get the verified badge because valve takes a higher cut
BG3 has a verified badge even though it runs at literally 12FPS and has to be set on 300p to play meanwhile Borderlands 2 has a massive warning because you have to use the touch screen to hit the play button when the game first launches
@oshy making it easier to replace the ssd is a good move, although i just bought one of those l-brackets and can use normal length ssds in the old ally
Anyways thanks to EU laws, now EU users have to pay a subscription fee and juggle a second app store on their phone to get an emulation app everyone not in the EU gets for free on the main app store
