While I’m sure most superheroes would be fairly resistant to most diseases, I also wouldn’t be shocked in those universes to see ad campaigns with Spider-Man, The Flash, or Captain America getting vaccinated. Hell, that basically happens in the MCU with Captain America shooting high school PSAs
