@anneapplebaum Russia and Georgia fought in 2008. the outcome:"Russia recognised the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia from Georgia on 26 August and the Georgian government severed diplomatic relations with Russia.". I could be wrong, but I do not see Russia coming back for a bite of that apple anytime soon. Not to mention the resources needed. 2008 was considered the first European 21st century war, and the first cyber war. I remember it well.
