Oh yeah, after a set of delays, I finally got the next part of my model kit. We're finally starting to put the hull platings on the saucer section. Though I do have a couple that I have to fix cause they're uneven. Hopefully that won't be too difficult. I might disassemble and reassemble it.

So far, this has been really difficult, but also at the same time, very fulfilling. It's honestly been nice to have these distractions from my every day life and just, build this model starship.

So I will definitely continue doing it.

Started watching Star Trek: Strange New Worlds this evening. Can't help but feel like I'm missing a bit of Pike's backstory as part of the first episode's aubplot. Was there a prequel to episode 1 or another series I was supposed to watch first?
