This was not the season for the kickers at the #NYGiants. First Graham Gano & now Manson Crosby, we’re not know for our kickers. Gone are the days of clutch kickers like Raul Allegre & Lawrence Tynes.
Giants QBs are getting sacked on 15.6% of drop-backs (DeVito 17.9, Jones 15.8, Taylor 9.9). This is the 3rd highest sack rate since the merger behind only the 1986 Eagles and the 1976 Lions. The Giants rate is 2.2X the NFL average of 7.2%.
