Light summery dress that I spend too much time on (lemmy.world)
Started this “simple summery dress” last year, had to redo the top part because the previous plan was very ugly. After a few wear decided that it needed some decorations. So I added a few flowers and beads. I am really happy to be able to wear it this summer though, it’s really comfy.

Advice for mending/repairing holes along seams in pants?
Despite trying different fits and brands of pants, I keep running into the problem of them eventually getting holes in them, typically around the seams of the crotch where of course you least want them. The rest of the pants are generally fine, so it feels like a waste to toss them, but I’m not sure how well one might be able...

I have this nice heavy winter coat that I accidentally tore a small hole in the shell near a chest pocket. It’s a tiny rip, but I don’t want it to get any larger. I’m a little embarrassed to post this since I’m a beginner, but I’m pretty happy to have finished this table runner. This is my very first attempt at free motion quilting! I’m not very experienced with applique either, but I do like the 3D effect from the dense quilting around the shapes....
