When you copy the URL for sharing in YouTube, it adds a query parameter now, so=blah, for tracking the source. This removes that. It could of course be smarter and stop at either the end or the next parameter, but since I haven’t seen any extras, I just remove everything after.

For my first post, I’m sharing this utility shortcut that lets me build shortcuts that can run on all my Apple devices but vibrate only when run on iPhone. I find it most useful for my HomeKit shortcuts. It also has an option for multiple vibrations.
Have that friend who reads 10,000 wpm and forgets that all the long articles he sends you take normal humans a while to get through? Add this shortcut and use the share menu to get a summary from ChatGPT. Output is also copied to your clipboard for easy sharing....
For WWDC this year, I created a shortcut that would allow me, or anyone, that uses Mona for Mastodon to easily be able to easily post their take on the events happenings to their Mastodon account via Apple Shortcuts....
(Also, I am aware that using an iPhone is not great for privacy. Please stop telling me.)
