I love the intent, but I’m worried that something like that is even possible with Wisconsin’s line item veto powers. Seems…wrong somehow.

The current North Shore library is in a place where most people need to drive to it. It isn't even too practical to bike there. I like the idea of the new one being more residential-adjacent.
