It is really different from previous years, where it would venture into Gatineau (Qc). I heard an interview where an organizer mentioned it was a source of pride: it was the only Canadian marathon to cross provincial borders.
Now it stays in Ottawa and there are 2 180° turns. I'm not sure I like it. Could be resistance to change, I had already started visualizing the old course...
@stephanie@WTL haha thank you for the screenshot! It is not what I'm seeing at all, I see what @WTL sees... yep, as the website was just updated, could very well be a cache issue...
@WTL@stephanie from the screenshot, the route at the top looks like last year's route. That's why I'm thinking caching issue. But could be proposed route?
@WTL just got to my post in my timeline (yes I'm way behind) and I just noticed that indeed, the thumbnail of my link is wrong, even for me, but if I click, the map is correct... weird...
