@johnefrancis Gotta find a good radiator cleaner that doesn't need too much water. We're on a balcony over other people. Nobody wants 5 years of diesel soot dripping onto their deck.
@dan613 diesel soot and tire dust. When I lived in Little Italy, everything that was sheltered from washing by rain on the porch would be covered in black gunk within a few months, gunk from the 417. Wasn't even that close to the 417.
