It seems easily done. The only snag I see is getting poop on the camera. Ideally you’d drill a hole and mount a lens flush. But drilling curved porcelain is a bitch.
Cameras are so tiny these days, I don’t know what kind of toilet you have but you could most likely fit a car reverse camera in the underside of the lid

Okay, since you really need it spelled out. The subject of the, now removed, comic was watching himself shit, something most people would only chalk up to a fetishist. Therefore he “would be proud”, a pretty fuckin common turn of phrase in English and a succinct title for a post that doesn’t give away the punchline of the actual comic.
You still didn’t answer my question. What is the joke? Also “would be proud” is nowhere in the image. The title, was “would approve” but the title isn’t related to the comic, because the poster is not the comic creator.

In some restrooms, if the lighting is just right and there is a big enough crack between the seat and the bowl, you can watch the turd come out of your butt in the water’s reflection.
