Mildly interesting: the Framework Laptop on the Fedora homepage
No big news, just stumbled on the website of Fedora Workstation and did a double take on the laptop pictured. Sure looks like the Framework!
joojmachine, Spoiler: it is! We have both a Framework and a Lenovo laptop in our mockups on Penpot that we use for our design work, provided by them.

Isn’t there a 8x oculink in dev (3rd Party?) that fit in the GPU slot, such a keen idea…

Dudewitbow, we probably wont have an announcement of a high end gpu till someone develops a 240w usb pd epr charger.

Dudewitbow, (edited ) yes, but a charger doesn’t exist for it yet
spec changes often take account for future hardware that may not at the time, be creatable at the time of publishing.
