Waiting for my NAS to backup to S3 then I can work on my plans to install Pop!_OS 24.04 by @system76 as I’m doing a clean install to replace the 22.04 LTS I currently have.
I have to do some housekeeping on my workstation, like split the prior ZRAID 1 that I backed up to before I got my NAS. Plus clear the second NVMe that had windows installed when I once thought I would dual boot but never used it.
My Linux workstation is about 2 years old and this should allow me to have way more space than I’ll ever need even for my Gaming on Linux needs. I mean 7TB spaced across 4 disks is more than plenty. My main workstation has an AMD Ryzen 5950X, Nvidia 3070, and 64GB of RAM. It will be more than enough to keep me going for at least a couple more years.
After my Linux box is situated I can work on the Windows 11 upgrades of the streaming PC that handles my streams.
