Delphia, 2 months ago Amen. We dont give up because its hard, we do it because its hard. After almost 2 years of Crossfit, including some bad weeks, diet fails and illnesses at almost 40 a few weeks ago I managed to clean and jerk my bodyweight. Fucking proud of that.
