@ChrisMayLA6 A good piece of journalism, would be interesting to compare an analysis of the animosity to Boris Johnson in Scotland, & the recorded dislike of Brexit (even among conservative voters) & the comparative popularity of the SNP here with the visceral dislike of the SNP in Westminster & media establishment. What are the deep cultural differences across the border in our understandings of what ‘makes’ someone suitable to be a politician in the eyes of the electorate/media?
