Portmaster from @safing is a great tool not only for #privacy but also for #security. You really get an overview of which apps do which requests. Their so called #spn really stands out from other #vpns. It's very similar to #tor. However, like the #tornetwork, speeds are very slow. Everything from the client to the servers are completely #opensource, which is a big plus. If you can accept slow speeds, the spn is your best choice. #surveillance#privacymatters#foss#freedom#vpn

i got speeds up to 25 mbit/s, which isn't that bad. However, they dropped pretty often down to 10 mbit/s or less. Without using the spn, i normally get speeds from 40 mbit/s to 50 mbit/s.
We aim to provide 300mbps which we active in most of Europe an North American. If you don’t get those speeds pleas get in touch. We don’t promise any speeds but we want to improve.
@safing Glad to hear that. I tried your product a month ago and really enjoyed the control i got. I also heard that an android app is planned for the future, which i would love to see. Keep up the great work!
