A lot has changed in the world of software, but the pleasures of modal text editing (hello #vim!) are as bright today as they were in 1991. :D

@array somewhat before my time but I think in '91 this would more likely have been vi than vim?

@dcbaok Most likely, yes (I just checked again and the first vim public release was exactly a month after this comic-book was published). That's why I wrote a generic "modal text editing" (my bet was the comic book reference could be pointing to vi), but included the vim reference as a paradigmatic (but far from only) example used today. :)
