@linuxgal@RickiTarr I found interesting that Gibson wrote "The Peripheral" around the same time as Neal Stephenson wrote "The Rise and Fall of D.O.D.O" It was as if there were something in the water that said great sci-fi authors should hit the time travel beat.
I think Gibson did it best by creating the constraint of the peripheral.
