@SergKoren Meds? Well what I've used when I've had one of those is, yes, lots of Ibuprofen, a little weed and a quart of soft vanilla ice cream. Non-prescription drugs.

But more power to you. I have never been capable of anything after one of those except maybe watching some insipid TV show and falling asleep.
