@stroughtonsmith Wonders of the Universe only needed two primitives in the modeller Mateusz built on the iPad: Rectangles and Spheres. We had position, spin, blending mode and orbit. Plus cam position of course.

And right into Reality Composer, with that lovely soft shading. OK, proof of concept is legit. I’m going to make me a 2.5D modeler using regular bezier paths and traditional editing tools. I have a feeling such a thing might come in handy. Let's see how this goes…
If I just integrate SCNShape with PaintCode, I can simply make a tool that converts bezier paths into soft 3D shapes without having to write the editor myself 🤔
