tbh I use my password manager, which may be another option if you use one too. But there are applications for which a standalone may be useful. I have these 2 on my list to check out if it comes to that. Both are open-source and appear to be privacy respecting. Be careful with mobile auth apps, there are a bunch of them which are data-slurping scams, and Apple doesn't do anything about them
