The projects that really engage me and I feel proud of never get any reaction online when I post about them. Yet stuff I post about that I didn't feel any special connection to seems to generate likes and boosts from other people.
I'm not doing stuff for the engagent, but it's disconcerting to feel like the opposite of a trend setter. I feel like the anti-maker... I tried to be a good example but instead I became a terrible warning.
@LewisWorkshop Well, tbh, I take the view that I'm going to do what I want to do regardless, and if anyone wants to come along for the ride, then they'd be very welcome...
But if I end up going solo, then so be it - I've still done what I wanted to do :)
