For the record, they renamed it. It's called Position and Zoom

@thelinuxcast Huh??? That can't be right. "Position/Zoom" acts pretty different and has no opacity controls...

@vintprox I ended up finding out I was in a beta for some reason. in 24.02, Transform is not present. Position and zoom allows you to move the sequences around if you want, at least there. IDK about opacity, that has always something I've used seperately.
