@Faintdreams i dont care for breakfast food and my stomach gets upset if i eat too early in the morning
plus i just dont like finding shit to eat on my own
@professorjordan if certain foods upset your stomach then you don't have to eat them first thing.
The following suggestions might help:
You don't have to eat a huge amount you can eat a little and then snack between breakfast and lunch - fruit, an energy bar, small sandwich etc
If solids are an issue try something milder like two tablespoons of yoghurt or oatmeal, hell even a single slice of toast can restart a digestive system
