@Faintdreams i dont care for breakfast food and my stomach gets upset if i eat too early in the morning
plus i just dont like finding shit to eat on my own

@professorjordan if certain foods upset your stomach then you don't have to eat them first thing.

The following suggestions might help:

You don't have to eat a huge amount you can eat a little and then snack between breakfast and lunch - fruit, an energy bar, small sandwich etc

If solids are an issue try something milder like two tablespoons of yoghurt or oatmeal, hell even a single slice of toast can restart a digestive system

Try to avoid a sugar dump

@professorjordan if choice paralysis is the problem then try prepping breakfast before you go to bed - when you're not hungry and in a rush

If keeping foodstuff fresh is the issue, then slow oats porridge can be made 12 hours beforehand with water and toast can be made from frozen bread

Let me know if you need an slow oats / porridge instructions - it's simple if you know how but not in any way intuative to start
