@mcfly @noelreports not really. It's mostly years of (EU) environmental and animal welfare legislation comming to a point where farming is made impossible with the high production volumes needed to compete with cheap foreign products produced with no environmental and animal welfare rules.

@Walter8100000 the cheap meat that does not fulfil the european enviromental and animal welfare rules usually is not allowed into the european union.

See the US, see Australia. See a lot of other countries that would want to sell to the EU but can only when they do.

How annoying that is is something you can now see in the UK.
