WTL, Tuesday: 122 seconds of plank, 11 minutes of yoga, 30 minutes of HIIT, 21 minutes of strength, followed by 6.5 km of #walking (7°C with wind gusts to 32km/hr).
The strength training really kicked my butt this morning, probably because @TAV picked it. 🤣
I was hoping for my stroll pace to get under 9 minutes/km, but not quite. I'll blame the wind. Knee felt okay, will resist running to Monday.
