So I've found in the past year in particular that I didn't actually know my spice tolerance too well. I always avoided it in the past because it never sounded appealing, but during this last while I've found that I actually really like spicy food, like a lot, and haven't actually cone across anything that is "too hot" for me yet.
This prompted my gf to decide that she wanted to see if there was a limit and we picked up a package of ghost pepper ramen from the jp marketplace.
I've been mentally preparing the past few days :gura_extra_sweat:
