Arch’s supplemental con tips:

• Shower and deodorant, please. One can’t work without the other.
• For international travellers bring some cash, especially when coming to the US where tipping is scary and confusing.
• Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs. A lot.
• If you can, bring food that can be prepared with hot water or eaten as is for a meal.
• Ensure you have a way to consistently get an internet connection, whether it be hotel WiFi or data.
• Make sure you’ve established good communication channels with friends.
• Don’t expect to get anywhere fast.
