@arstechnica If I was Stack Overflow I would be very worried about what this ruling means: "X Corp. wants it both ways: to keep its safe harbors yet exercise a copyright owner’s right to exclude, wresting fees from those who wish to extract and copy X users’ content," Alsup wrote.

If Stack Overflow wants to argue their terms of service override the copyright ownership of their users, then they better get ready to say goodbye to Section 230 protections.
