A friend who lives in the sticks sent me these last night around 11pm, I rushed outside just in case but sadly Birmingham city centre is not the spot to observe solar storms.
@mxtthxw if it continues tonight there's an outside possibility I could find somewhere with fewer streetlights within walking distance, and maybe past midnight more lights generally will be switched off, but I'm not that hopeful.
This was the one weekend I'd specifically planned to have early nights too.
