Don't have any hard or fast recipes to follow so i just use what vegetables I have available. So in this instance i'm using onion, potatoes, carrots and celery along with the nettles which will be added later.

@WhyNotZoidberg it was darned good I can tell you.

Nettles are abundant, taste a bit like a mild peppery spinach and a good source of calcium , iron, magnesium and vitamin B6.

@petelittle1970 Never had them, but then 95% of the time where I can find them they grow because dogs pee there a lot. Yes I know you clean them but mentally...
