Update again: I'm home. What started as a sudden barfy feeling, quickly escalated into actual barfing, high fever, overbearing fatigue, full body aches and eventually chest tightness (the latter of which being what put me in the hospital).
The good news is I'm okay. It's actually kinda crazy how much better I'm feeling now considering how awful I felt 24 hours ago, but I'm grateful. This was some of the worst I've felt in a long time. I've still got some recovering to do, but I'm gonna be okay.
