"A US State Dept report on US weapons sales to Israel has found Israel may be violating international law.
"The report includes a long list of incidents, including Israel targeting humanitarian convoys and attacks on people trying to get humanitarian aid.
"But the report argues that “the law does not have to be invoked because Israel is investigating”.
