The story in my head plays out like this...

1. Goes for relaxing hike.
2. Falls off bridge into ravine.
3. Waits for help to arrive.
4. Still waiting.
5. Seriousness of the situation begins to set in.
6. Realizes it's an opportunity for a fantastic pic!
7. Cell phone has 3% battery.
8. Posts PIC to Fediverse.
9. Cell phone dead... Still waiting.

That's how the story would play out with me, because, priorities. 😂

@Judeau LOL luckily that's not what went down but does make me wonder what I would post in that scenario

As could be imagined, there was no cell reception down in that cave, I had to walk to high ground on a trail to get signal so I could send this post hahah

@rootcompute they're pretty recharging. Haven't done one in a bit since I'm in the desert, but all through my youth in MD and then NH in my 20s and 30s, so many forests. My wife grew up in Tucson, she's never been to a forest. Changing that someday haha
