Ok so for ages I thought my PC just wouldn't boot into it's BIOS. That somehow I'd broken something.

Turns out it was booting just fine... but displaying it to the TV (which wasn't even switched on) which is connected to my PC via HDMI. Which apparently has greater 'boot priority' over either monitor which are connected via DisplayPort.

And from googling, there doesn't seem to be anyway to change this behaviour other than "unplug the TV from the PC" which is a bit annoying.

@Carnivius Ah bleh, might be in BIOS settings but...every board has it's own BS
