An international criminal with deep financial ties to hostile foreign governments decides to run for US president and wins. He knows his opponents will come after him for his crimes, so he places lots of new judges loyal to him on federal and Supreme Court benches. Then when he gets dragged into court by state attorneys general, those judges circumvent the cases against him. He runs for president again, silencing the a-political DOJ, and wins again!
