Biden asserts executive privilege in Robert Hur's classified documents probe
The White House told Congress that the president would be asserting executive privilege over audio recordings after a recommendation from Attorney General Merrick Garland.
@GottaLaff If they really want the recordings, they can take their case to the courts. Or they can stomp their feet and hold their breath until the lose control of the House in November.
