Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Yaroslav Shvetsov, an employee of the Tula Cancer Center, and presented his daughter Polina with a children's computer and a teddy bear. The visit was not planned in the trip program of the head of state; he responded to the doctor’s invitation to visit the new cottage received under the program to support medical workers.
