In hindsight doing an “easy” HIIT and Hills Peloton workout and body weight leg day yesterday before trying to tackle my long run today was a bad idea. Even if I wasn’t coming out of two weeks of slacking that wouldn’t have been ideal but as a reboot week thing it was a disaster. Just a regular run instead of a long run in and I’m still totally gassed just doing easy pacing ☹️
