WTL, Thursday: 142 seconds of plank, 20 minutes of #AppleFitness HIIT, 11 minutes of runner’s yoga, followed by 10.4 km of #running (4°C, “light” rain, and a 22km/hr wind), picked up groceries, and walked home.
This is possibly my least preferred conditions to run in: cold, windy rain (although cloudless +30°C would be a close second).
Contemplating taking a week off running to give it a break and see if that helps. Cycling's easier on the knee. 🤔 Why can't this be easier?
