The Land Public Transport Agency (APAD) has carried out a surprise Detailed Inspection on the Rapid Transit System (RTS) Link Project to ensure compliance with the approved Railway Scheme.
The inspection is carried out for the purpose of monitoring the progress of the project in order to comply with all of the requirements set by the stakeholders.
The Rail Planning Division, Land Public Transport Agency (#APAD) participated in the Instructor Training Course (#ITC) Programme with the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department at the East Region Fire and Rescue Academy, Wakaf Tapai, Terengganu.
The title of the Programme is "Rail Transportation Fire Rescue and Extinguishing". In the programme, APAD implemented the sharing of information related to the Land Public Transport Act 2010.
The Rail Enforcement Division from Land Public Transport Agency (#APAD) carried out an #inspection of the LRT Kelana Jaya Line #track and corridor on 4 August 2023. The inspection, also joined by people from #RapidRail, inspected the track so that it is #safe for #train#operations.
This inspection series is to review the inspections that was carried out in July 2023, to ensure that the warnings issued had been rectified, so that the train can operate properly under the set safety standards.
