I continue to believe that no one should want to be #vicePresident this badly, but just as notably, it’s unsettling to see a congressional "leader" engage in such tactics. We are talking about an episodic campaign in which #EliseStefanik is targeting those who are engaged in administering #justice — not because they’ve done anything wrong, but because they might play a role in holding one of her #partisan allies accountable.

An “encounter” is any person who's Q'ed by agents, or anyone whose doc is run thru the system. The aver. BP agent apprehends 6-7 ppl/mo. *suspect has a criminal record... not an everyday occurrence for maj. of agents. Apprehensions⬇️over time,⬇️83% from 1990’s to just 21/agent.
